Councillor
Sandra was born and raised in Windsor, ON, by immigrant parents from the town of Alcamo, Provincia Trapani, Sicily. Sandra became a member of Caboto Club in 2023 and is honoured to be one of the first female members elected to the Board of Directors. As a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience, Sandra has devoted her career to the wellbeing of the Windsor community. For the past 5 years Sandra has served as a Public Health Manager for the Windsor Essex County Health Unit, playing a key role in managing infectious disease outbreaks. Sandra has participated in several professional committees, collaborating with other leaders to drive improvements in our local healthcare system. She is passionate about fostering community partnerships, project planning, and leading change management. This is Sandra's first term as a councillor.
